Randy is responsible for driving new membership growth with consultants, brokers, TPAs, and other partnerships, as well as managing prospective client relationships. He has been in the PBM industry for almost 12 years, helping employer groups save money and receive the best possible customer service. Over his 27-year career in the healthcare industry, he has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Sales, National Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales, and Director of Sales.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Montana. In 2012, Randy founded his own non-profit organization with the goal of providing underprivileged student-athletes the opportunity to showcase their talent on the AAU basketball circuit. Through his efforts, many of his players earned basketball scholarships and were able to attend college. Randy has been married for 27 years to his wife Sarah, and they have two children, Grant and Sydney, who are both finishing college.
