With over 15 years at ClearScript and its parent organization, M Health Fairview, Nicole has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record of success. Prior to her current role, Nicole served as a Clinical Account Executive and Government Programs Pharmacist, where she gained valuable insights into the complexities of pharmacy benefit programs. Her previous eight years of community pharmacy management experience at M Health Fairview provided her with a unique perspective on the needs of both healthcare providers and patients.
Nicole leads a high-performing team dedicated to delivering innovative and tailored pharmacy benefit solutions. She emphasizes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. Under Nicole’s leadership, the ClearScript Clinical team leverages data-driven insights and industry best practices to empower clients with the tools they need to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Nicole is passionate about fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships with ClearScript’s clients, a cornerstone of ClearScript’s success.
Nicole completed her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota. When not leading her team at ClearScript, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her four children. She is also passionate about education and volunteers her time as a mentor to pharmacy students. Nicole enjoys gardening, sewing, DIY projects, and a newfound pastime, shelling, when traveling to Florida and has amassed an impressive collection.
